Please ensure all handmade pieces are returned in their original, unused condition and secure packaging to prevent damage.

Package Your Items
Carefully wrap your items in their original protective packaging, ensuring that fragile plaster or resin pieces are cushioned to withstand transit.
Ship to the Lab
Affix the provided return address label to your parcel and send it via a tracked courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail.
Processing & Refund
Once our artisans have inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
